    Grades 8-12

    Wednesdays, 1/7/26-3/25/26 (no programs weeks of 1/21 and 2/18)

    In our fun and active class for teens, we mix games, circuits, and skill-building to keep everyone moving! Each day includes warm-ups, mini-games, and longer activities like relays or team challenges. Along the way, Aidan sets up workout options that match each teen’s goals, helping them learn the RIGHT way to train while having a blast with friends.

    Grades 5-8

    Wednesdays, 1/6/26-3/24/26 (no programs weeks of 1/21 and 2/18)

    In our fun exercise class for kids, we create a safe and inclusive space where all children can thrive! Each day will be a mixture of warm-ups, mini-games (relay races, speed scavenger hunts, etc.), core workouts, longer games (kickball, capture the flag, etc.), and an exercise circuit.

    Led by Aidan Moore, a passionate advocate for kids thriving through sports, wrestling provides a unique chance to enjoy a sport that feels like a team effort while still being an individual challenge. It’s all about building balance, strength, and grit. Every wrestler will transform into a more disciplined and determined version of themselves, all while having a blast and making new friends!
